Disclaimers:
System requirements: Applies to residential customers in designated service areas; electrical panel must not be of an obsolete or discontinued brand; a main breaker must be installed within the panel; two breaker spaces must be available at the panel for the addition of generator breaker; panel must be on an exterior wall either inside or outside of the residence with the meter on the adjacent exterior wall to the panel, the gas meter must not be within 36 inches of a door or window.

Exclusions: Permit fees, main breaker kits, gas meter upgrades, extensions of generator circuit passed 5 feet, soft starter kits for larger AC units, and gas hose extensions.

Assumptions: All plumbing work is to be completed by a licensed plumbing subcontractor and completed pre-electrical install; all excluded items can be purchased at an additional cost; residents that fall within city limits require electrical and plumbing permits at additional costs.
